Steelton Fire Department EMS is a combination paid / volunteer department that provides prompt and professional emergency medical care to the residents of Steelton Borough and the surrounding areas and is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Emergency Health Services Federation. Steelton Fire Department EMS currently runs between 700 -1000 calls a year using two frontline ambulances.
